The Bible has a tradition of naming the books within it after the Author there of. However there are exceptions. For instance the book of Job is the oldest book in scripture. Its penman is never recorded. Most believe Moses may have copied an earlier account, or the written account was dictated and handed down verbally. Ezra also wrote down as a scribe, the book of Nehemiah. The New Testament also has at least one book that may be titled by another, possibly acting as scribe. The Gospel account titled Mark is widely accepted to be Peters account of Jesus life and ministry. Only written Down by Mark. Yet the account of the rebel prophet Jonah, although not written in first person narrative, never even records its penman. Leading to a couple of possibilities. >>>3
