We used to have 13 months in a year 2000 years ago before we starting using the Gregorian 12 month calendar that was switched by the Romans which we are still using today. The Gregorian 12 month calendar we follow today was established by the Romans, created to throw us out of our natural cycles as well to impose some Babylon pagan holidays we are still celebrating today in the US. In reality it’s just another day, we can manifest anything anytime any day. It doesn’t make sense about these energy portal days since we haven’t even been on a right calendar. August which stands for Roman Emperor Augustus, is the 6th month while October is the correct 8th month of the year. The 13 month calendar is the same calendar that some of the best ancient astronomers and astrologers (the Mayans, the Greeks, the Egyptians, and so on) used to use and track the stars and planetary movements prior till the Romans switching it. None of them talked about energy portal days.
