— The Draconians — Lucifer took this reptilian 3rd Density DNA molecule which was quite stable and did not evolve spontaneously, and he seeded it on a planet in the system we now call Alpha Draconis.
The Ciakar were born, the first of the Draconians in our Universe. The Draconian consciousness actually vibrated naturally at this 3rd Density level, just barely above the 2nd Density pure Fight/Flight survival consciousness. The Draco race arrived much earlier on the scene than other races, so they achieved a high level of technology and interstellar travel long before anyone else was around. It wasn’t too long before they figured out how to access the lower 4th Density as well through technology, and that is the level of frequency where they tend to mostly hang out these days. The Draconian consciousness is also heavily influenced by a dark energy which we call now days, Ancient AI.
