— Inanna — The Temple of Inanna at the ancient city of Uruk, which is now in southern Iraq, still baffles many people today with its splenda, its vibrant colors and depictions of strange animal creatures. Inanna was the ancient Sumerian Goddess associated with love, beauty, sex, war, and political power. She was later worshipped by the Akkadians, Babylonians, and Assyrians under the name of Ishtar or Ashera. She was Isis of the Egyptians, Aphrodite of the Greeks, and Venus (Lucifer) of the Romans. While mythology depicts Inanna as malevolent, more evidence has shown she belongs to a positive fraction of the Anunnaki.
