Why does Delaware have no taxes ..and Pennsylvania seniors are loosing their homes because we can’t afford them ? Because somehow Delaware laws allow the state to get Pennsylvania business tax money from huge industry here . Delaware doesn’t tax “intangible assets,” and this encourages companies to move parts of their business to Delaware to avoid taxes in other states. This has led to Delaware being labeled a “tax haven.”
