I personally didn't think sanity exist. Not 1 person that exists is always ok, all of the time. We are humans. We have emotions. Just like our physical health sometimes becomes ill, so can our mental health. Doesn't necessarily mean your OVERALL mentally I'll. Your mind is just telling you it needs a deep rest. Which we all need when our bodies tell us exactly what it needs. So I don't understand how society treats mental health as if it's so trivial. Why aren't mental health classes treated like an important subject in the school system. It's just as important as math bruh....
