I’m gonna be dead honest. I may or may not have to lift like a psychopath to stave off suicidal thoughts. Also I almost had a heart attack from 460 milly vanillys of caffeine

@doctergorilla That’s good advice. Me personally I hit the gym pretty hard to cope with it. I’m not doing this very often if at all. I I’m a gym rat by nature so I can be a little dumb at times. I usually don’t mention those tendencies to avoid creating drama

God fucking damn. 460 mil? To help with your suicidal thoughts, calm down, talk to a friend, or someone. To help with the caffeine, try tea, any type works, especially green tea or, eat something bland like bread, that helps. But anyways, just take care of yourself and relax man.
