I have multiple goals I want to achieve but I can’t really do all at the same time, then it’s gonna be too stressful and then I’ll quit. The problem is I don’t know which 1 goal to do. Being more healthy physically, being more organized, or being more honest and telling the truth about how I feel. Which one should I do first? I’m gonna do them all but I want to start with one thing and then move on to the next after I’m done.

Honesty. It’s a good thing to work on, and it’s Good for the Future. You can always work on health while doing another task. Just relax, read, spend less time on devices, take walks, etc.

Start with being more truthful and honest. That’ll take you a long way. Then work on your physical traits. Then be better organized last.
