We did a chicanery shift in ER.
There comes a time in life when you are willing to do anything for money. \ud83d\ude01
I went for two reasons:
1. Money \ud83d\ude01
2. I was not assertive enough to say no. \ud83d\ude14
People always say that we ER nurses are at the top of the food chain. And it\u2019s hard to argue given what I saw. \ud83e\udd2d
They say sink or swim. I was drowning. I positioned my chair to face the clock and counted every minute.
I did not even enjoy the money. \ud83d\ude01
Moral of the story: Know your Bounds and dare to say NO at times. Just relish a happy moments with colleagues.
