In 3D 4D & 5D When we are in 3D and access the lower 4th Density; the astral plane, or higher densities with our consciousness when we are dreaming, our experience of reality is very fluid and manifestations can come and go instantly so we have the impression that these realms are not ‘solid’, but to the beings who dwell in the 4D and 5D frequencies, from their perspective they are very much solid and embodied. It is only in the 6th Density and higher that there ceases to be a need for form.
