It\u2019s not for everyone, I\u2019ll admit that. There are things that I have learned as a corrections nurse that we\u2019re never taught to me in nursing school. I feel like it\u2019s the equivalent of getting your general education in high school and learning about useless shit like geometry and social studies but not getting any education on the real life shit, like taxes and credit cards. As a corrections nurse, I use raw assessment skills and only raw assessment skills to determine the level of patient acuity.
