A federal judge has thrown out most of Blake Lively\u2019s harassment lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, dismissing 10 of the 13 claims, including harassment and defamation. But three allegations remain \u2014 breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting retaliation \u2014 so the case is still heading to trial in New York on 18 May.\n\nThe legal fight stems from their work on It Ends with Us and has already spawned counterclaims, including Baldoni\u2019s now-dismissed $400m lawsuit against Lively, Ryan Reynolds and others. Lively\u2019s team says the dropped claims were knocked out on technical grounds, and she still plans to testify as the dispute over alleged retaliation and reputation-damaging tactics continues.
